A great actor who lost the battle with cancer yesterday. I will always remember his extraordinary performance in Point Break (that i’ve watched at least 50 times) together with Keanu Reaves. Rest in peace bro. (check the fan website)
While in Thailand, I searched all over for a MJ tshirt to wear in his honour and I finally found one which also report his birth and death date. 1958 – 2009. I still cant stop recalling his achievements in life… he is an idol, a music icon, the winner of numerous awards, holding as well many world records for top selling albums and so on. He devoted tens of million dollars in chairity, while some of us mocked and judged him for what he appeared, we have probably never gave a decent thought on his troublesome childhood. Anyway, I have been wearing that tshirt around Thailand and Hong Kong just these days and the reaction in public is quite positive! Many fans but even casual people stopped me asking where I had bought it and how cool it had looked, also, extending their respect with a glimpse, a smile, a salute, a gesture…the tribute continues worldwide…Michael we love you.
Yesterday, something tremendously shocking and sad happened… : Michael Jackson suddenly passed away. I couldn’t believe it when i saw the breaking news coming up, as he was due to hold the last concert tourne in London during July. To me he was more than an artist, more than a musician, more than a composer, more than an actor, more than a dancer, more than a singer. He has always been present among my first music cassette collection back in the 90, then on cd and now on mp3. My “thriller” guy, my “bad” guy,.. what can I say, I am still utterly speechless, you have been my singer-companion in my walkman, my favorite star on video; your dance style was absolutely amazing and your melodies outstanding. Nobody can ever copy your style, as it was a unique pearl in this fucked up world. You made people dream, you made people faint at your concerts, you made people happy to have you around and now that you’re gone your making people so so sad. Yes, you really made the difference in many people lives. I respect you. Shit, man, I can’t believe it…it cant be true…Your last concert could have been one of the biggest event in the show business..YOU WERE A LIVING LEGEND. NO MATTER WHERE I WENT DURING MY TRAVELS, EVERYBODY KNEW YOU. E.V.E.R.Y.B.O.D.Y. IN EVERY SINGLE COUNTRY ON THIS SHIT PLANET. . PLEAESE WATCH SOME BREAKING NEWS AND FANS TRIBUTES. People are devoting essays, news , entire sites, messages and notes in every possible language. He is still all over the news all over the world…MICHAEL JACKSON WE LOVE YOU.
A fan tribute: “My first D&D game was in 1980 with my family and friends. We are still playing now. It’s a way of life, not just a game. I am now 62 and a grandma on the outside, but a powerful Priest who slaughtered Iuz and many more demi-gods over the years in my life in D&D. Thanks for all that. I shall never forget you.
